We acquired a former tennis club located adjacent to Route 4 east at Grand Avenue in Englewood NJ, approximately 2 miles from George Washington Bridge. Through a creative design process and thorough analysis of existing zoning guidelines, we were able to double the amount of rentable square feet from what was originally contemplated. Approvals were received for a four story, 90,000 square foot class “A” office building spread among four floors atop a 4-story parking garage. This highly visible, well located building is currently home to a diverse group of tenants and continues to maintain its status as the premier office building in Englewood,NJ.
